There are so many ways you can get involved with the DBE in PA. Please review some of the options below and please join in our mission to help others and promote harmony among English-speaking peoples.
The DBE in PA's primary object is to support the Victoria Home in Ossining, New York and to this end, various fundraising endeavours take place throughout the year. A recognized leader in eldercare,

Victoria Home benefactors generally use cash or securities to make gifts to the Endowment Fund. Other ways of giving include:
• Remembering Victoria Home in your Will
• Gifts in Memory of Others
• Gifts of Appreciated Property
• Gifts of Personal Property
• Designating Victoria Home as a beneficiary of a retirement account
• Designating Victoria Home as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy
Because Victoria Home is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), donors may deduct their contributions as provided for in Section 170 of the IRC. Bequests, legacies, devises, or gifts to us for our use are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes if they meet applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue code. There are no paid employees within the DBE organization. We rely soley on your spirit of volunteerism. 20% of monies raised goes to local charities which include women's shelters and childrens
charities. Please consider offering your time to your chapters' events today.
